3. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify the delivery details). We will let you know if we cannot fulfil your order and will not charge you for declined items, or will refund any prepayment.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. We offer:
- Online payment — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details (see our Secure checkout page).
- Pay on delivery — where available, you pay our courier on hand-over.
5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, courier availability, or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive and, for pay-on-delivery orders, pay for the order.
6. Returns & refunds

7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
