Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Bioharb. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and get a refund or replacement.

1. Check your order on delivery

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Health & consumable products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to request a return

Contact us through our Help & Support page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item qualifies and how to send it back. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds for orders paid online are returned to your original payment method. For pay-on- delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer to an account in your name.
  • Where a return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return delivery cost. Otherwise, return delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. If you already paid online, we will refund you in full. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but you may decline it on arrival or follow the return steps above.

6. Non-returnable items

Opened or used consumables, and any item not in its original sealed condition (except faulty goods), are not eligible for return.
